Export Control

EXPORT OF GOODS INCLUDING CONTROLLED GOODS

Bohemian Commerce Company's export manufacturing operations are registered and licensed (where required) by applicable United Kingdom, European Union and other applicable national government export control authorizations including frequent on-site inspection audit controls by the Export Control Organisation (ECO) executive agency of the United Kingdom Government, including Her Majesty's Customs and Excise (HMRC) authorities, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence (MOD), United Kingdom Foreign Office (FCO), and other applicable domestic and international government agencies and authorities.

EXPORT CONTROL

The export (and re-export) of certain products, commodities, information, software and documentation may, e.g. due to its nature or intended purpose or destination, be subject to government authorization or restrictions from the country of origin, the country of export and/or the country of import or end-use. All persons or entities (whether natural or legal) including potential customers and other persons or entities wherever situated visiting this website or transacting business with BCC Group shall strictly conform with the export (including re-export) and/or import regulations for products, commodities, information, software and documentation where applicable, in particular with those of the United Kingdom, the European Union and/or those of any other applicable jurisdiction. BCC Group shall label products, commodities, information, software and documentation in relation to United Kingdom and European Union export control lists and/or that of any other presiding jurisdiction where applicable.

Access to products, commodities, information, software and documentation on the BCC Group website or otherwise shall only take place if such conforms with the above tests and guarantees. Where you do not comply with the above, BCC Group shall not be obliged to perform.

DENIED PARTY SCREENING

Please note, prior to BCC Group accepting any international business transaction, BCC Group is obligated (where required) by various presiding government authorities and sanctions to conduct ‘Denied Party Screening’ on sovereign states, individual persons, companies, and other entities (whether natural, legal or customary) who have economic and trade sanctions imposed against them and/or are denied international business transactions.
